Anne grew up in Denton, TX, and attended school at North Central Texas College. Her interest in healthcare was shaped by her experiences early on and seeing how much of a difference dedicated providers can make, along with their team of support.

A typical workday for Anne begins with obtaining and posting insurance payments, sending out patient invoices, and verifying insurance coverage before care is provided. She mostly works with insurance companies, helping to make sure each insurance claim has been properly covered. Anne enjoys being part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and about each other.

Anne finds the impact Denton Hearing Health Care has on patients very rewarding. She says helping someone feel heard, cared for, and supported makes the work meaningful.

She enjoys seeing patients bring in personal gifts for the providers when they are on maternity leave. She finds the gesture so touching. Prior to this role, Anne had never worked in a healthcare environment where patients thought so highly of their providers that they would bring gifts as if they were family.

In her free time, Anne enjoys gardening, listening to music, going to the gym, watercoloring, and playing tennis. She also recently started yoga.
