Alyssa grew up in Denton, TX, and attended school in Aubrey, TX. She decided to pursue a role in hearing healthcare because she always wanted to help others, even if it was in the smallest ways.

A typical workday for Alyssa includes ensuring that the clinic opens on time with a welcoming lobby. She also answers the phones, manages schedules, checks patients in and out, receives mail, and helps file some insurance claims. She especially enjoys conversing with patients and checking in and scheduling all the patients seen at the clinic.

The most rewarding part of Alyssa’s job is when a patient tells her how much the team has impacted their life. Every time she helps a patient open a door or walk to their car, it reinforces how special it is to share even the smallest experiences with them.

In her free time, Alyssa enjoys drawing, playing video games, and sitting outdoors in nature.
